The QuTS hero NAS TS-h1283XU-RP is powered by an Intel® Xeon® E processor with up to 128 GB DDR4 Error Correcting Code (ECC) memory to deliver server-grade performance with dependable reliability. Running the brand new QuTS hero operating system that incorporates ZFS, the TS-h1283XU-RP supports near-limitless snapshots, SnapSync, block-level inline data deduplication, and inline data compression. The TS-h1283XU-RP helps your business achieve reliable service-level agreement performance, whether in a mission-critical file server, virtualization server, VDI, collaborative video editing, or efficient file backup and recovery applications.
1. DDR4 ECC memory detects and then corrects single-bit memory errors, demonstrating high reliability for crucial applications.
2. Pre-installed with a dual-port 10GbE RJ45 adapter and a dual-port 10GbE SFP+ adapter for bandwidth-demanding applications.
3. PCIe expandability allows for 10GbE/25GbE/40GbE adapters, QM2 cards, or Fibre Channel cards to increase application performance.

The TS-h1283XU-RP uses ECC memory that can detect and correct single-bit memory errors as they occur to prevent downtime and data loss, which is essential for always-on, mission-critical, server-grade applications. The TS-h1283XU-RP supports dual-channel DDR4 memory in four Long-DIMM slots. When using paired memory modules, the TS-h1283XU-RP can leverage the power of dual-channel architecture to boost performance. You also customize the TS-h1283XU-RP memory configuration (supports up to 128 GB RAM) for greater performance to tackle dynamically-changing workloads, such as virtualization applications.

Real-time SnapSync ensures minimal RPO with real-time disaster recovery
Real-time SnapSync ensures that both the primary and secondary NAS maintain identical data. When data is written to the source, it is immediately written to the destination. If the primary NAS goes offline, IT staff can simply adjust the privilege settings of the secondary NAS to ensure continuous operations. SnapSync provides the strongest support for nonstop business operations and helps users to reduce the risk of data loss.
Note: SnapSync will be available from QuTS hero h4.5.2.
The TS-h1283XU-RP also supports snapshots and remote backup to help organizations accomplish routine backup tasks cost-effectively and efficiently.
