Buffalo’s new TeraStation™ enclosure (TS4400D-EU) joins Buffalo’s TeraStation™ family with customisable Network Attached Storage with greater flexibility – users can start by installing one drive and add up to three additional drives as storage and back-up requirements grow.
TeraStation™ 4400 is equipped with the powerful Intel® Atom™ D2550 Dual-Core Processor and will impress users with both faster transfer of large files and faster file access from multiple computers. Its top-of-class performance is perfect for demanding small, medium, and growing businesses.

Powered by the Intel Atom Dual Core
TeraStation™ 4400 is equipped with the powerful Intel® Atom™ D2550 Dual-Core Processor and will impress users with both faster transfer of large files and faster file access from multiple computers. Its top-of-class performance is perfect for demanding small, medium, and growing businesses.
Data backup with replication
The backup replication function allows data replication connected via a LAN port, enabling it to become a spare drive. We recommend to use a second TeraStation™ 4400 unit. Having the mirrored unit as a spare drive improves reliability, fault tolerance, and accessibility, and quickens recovery from any hard drive failure.
Hot Swap function for added data security
With RAID 1 (full redundancy) and Hot Swap functionality enabled, even if a drive fails, the TeraStation™ 4400 will automatically power down the faulty drive to allow its safe removal and replacement without causing any data loss or down time.
Cloud-ready!
Buffalo’s TeraStation 4000 series comes with B-Sync enabling users to seamlessly manage files and backups between your TeraStation and Dropbox. Buffalo NAS also work with Amazon S3 Cloud services. |
