Features

Two USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports connect to your trusted legacy devices and newest accessories. USB 3.0 offers transfer speeds that are faster than USB 2.0 and is backward-compatible with USB 2.0 so you can continue using your USB 2.0 devices. DisplayPort and HDMI inputs help you expand your productivity with two external displays on top of your notebook screen.

Gigabit Ethernet enables high-speed network connectivity. Headphone and microphone inputs work with headset and microphone capabilities on the connected notebook (if available). Simple setup doesn’t require an optical drive. Flash memory software drivers deliver a quick, user-friendly installation.

Enhanced security is provided by a Security Lock Slot that allows you to tether the port replicator to a desk for enhanced security in a cubicle, hot-desking or multi-seat environment. Use the same AC adapter as your HP notebook to minimize desktop clutter. (Note: The connected notebook is not charged by the port replicator).

The HP 3005pr USB 3.0 Port Replicator is compatible with Windows®-based PCs and netbooks with a USB 3.0 port except the HP ElitePad 900 Tablet PC.
